Losing weight journal

Not much time to write today, so here goes.

breakfast: yogurt, granola, blueberries

lunch: Nutrisystem minestrone

dinner: pasta casserole with whole wheat pasta, spaghetti sauce, and cheese; bread; 2 servings of strawberry shortcake

exercise: 20 minutes yoga
